- A comprehensive initial questionnaire to collect relevant information on your climbing and training goals, your training experiences and preferences, your injury history as well as the available training infrastructure and time
- A remote physical performance diagnostic to assess your physical capabilities to identify strengths and weaknesses. This baseline allows us to track progress and design exercises that truly fit your needs.
- A video analysis of your climbing or training to better understand your movement patterns, climbing style, and technical execution.
