Personalized training plan with monthly feedback for long-term development

Plan 7a is ideal for experienced climbers who want a solid, personalized structure to follow—without needing weekly or daily oversight. You’ll receive an individually-designed plan, tailored to your current abilities, goals and schedule,  with monthly feedback and coaching check-ins to guide your long-term development.

 

What is included

  • Extensive Initial Questionnaire: We collect key information about your training background, goals, injury history, lifestyle, and training experience to tailor your plan with maximum precision.
  • Remote Physical Diagnostics: You will receive a performance diagnostics protocol to assess your physical capabilities to identify strengths and weaknesses. This baseline allows us to track progress and design exercises that truly fit your needs.
  • Initial 30-Minute Video Call: A personal conversation to clarify your goals and expectations, discuss open questions and get to know each other.
  • Fully Personalized Training Plan: Your plan is uniquely designed for you!
  • Second 30-Minute Video Call: We explain the reasoning behind your plan, helping you understand the why behind the what.
  • Monthly Coaching Video Call (30 Minutes) & Plan adjustments: Once per month, you’ll have a 30-minute check-in with your coach to reflect on progress, discuss challenges, and adjust your training moving forward.

 

Who Is This Plan For?

Plan 7a is best suited you if you already have a solid base of training knowledge and/or want a general plan to follow with minimal external input. This plan is ideal if you:

  • Have substantial training experience and are confident fine-tuning and rescheduling your sessions independently.
  • Prefer a structured plan to guide your training over a longer time horizon, without needing guided adjustments.

 

How it works?

  • Sign-Up & Schedule
    You sign up for the plan and choose your desired starting date.
  • Get Access to Your Personal Coaching Folder
    You’ll receive access to a private Google Drive folder that includes:

    • The initial questionnaire
    • The performance diagnostics protocol
      • Note: The physical assessment requires a strain gauge device (like a Tindeq) and a portable fingerboard. We highly recommend using such a device—not only to measure your progress but also to track fatigue and fine-tune your training accordingly.
    • A folder for uploading climbing or training videos for analysis.
  • Review of Your Info
    Once you submit the completed questionnaire, physical assessment results, and any training videos, we’ll review the materials and contact you to schedule your first video call.
  • Initial Video Call
    We discuss your goals, clarify any questions, and ensure we’re aligned in vision and expectations.
  • Training Plan Creation
    We design a fully personalized training plan based on your profile, schedule, assessment, and goals.
  • Schedule the Second Video Call
    Once your training plan is ready, we reach out to schedule a second video call.
  • Second Video Call
    We walk you through the plan, explain the rationale behind each element, and fine-tune any final details or answer questions.
  • Monthly Coaching Cycle Begins
    This includes a check-in after the first training week to review your training and fine-tune it as well as a review of your training logs and progressions every month including a 30-minute video call to go deeper into what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward
