Plan 6a is perfect for climbers who want an individual training plan to follow independently while providing minimal coach interaction. In comparison to the other plans, it doesn’t include any video calls, but you’ll still receive a thorough plan based on your goals, assessment, and time availability. You will benefit from monthly feedback and updates to stay on track.
What is included
- Extensive Initial Questionnaire: We collect key information about your training background, goals, injury history, lifestyle, and training experience to tailor your plan with maximum precision.
- Remote Physical Diagnostics: You will receive a performance diagnostics protocol to assess your physical capabilities to identify strengths and weaknesses. This baseline allows us to track progress and design exercises that truly fit your needs.
- Fully Personalized Training Plan: Your plan is uniquely designed for you!
- Monthly Feedback and Plan Updates
Every month, your coach reviews your progress and updates your plan with adjustments as needed to keep you moving forward. Please note: This plan does not include any video calls. All communication and updates are provided in written format and/or voice messages.

How it works?
- Sign-Up & Schedule
You sign up for the plan and choose your desired starting date. - Get Access to Your Personal Coaching Folder
You’ll receive access to a private Google Drive folder that includes:- The initial questionnaire
- The performance diagnostics protocol.
- Note: The physical assessment requires a strain gauge device (like a Tindeq) and a portable fingerboard. We highly recommend using such a device—not only to measure your progress but also to track fatigue and fine-tune your training accordingly.
- A folder for uploading climbing or training videos for analysis

Once you submit the completed questionnaire, physical assessment results, and any training videos, we’ll review the materials to create your training plan - Training Plan Creation
We design a fully personalized training plan based on your profile, schedule, assessment, and goals. - Monthly Coaching Cycle Begins
This includes a check-in after the first training week to review your training and fine-tune it. Furthermore your coach will review your training logs and progressions every month and plan the next cyle upon it.
